By accessing or using the OrderSync service (“Service”) provided by OrderSync LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Fees & Billing Structure

The Services are billed on a recurring billing period basis and may include one or more fixed subscription fees and variable usage-based fees calculated based on your use of the Services during the applicable billing period. You authorize us to charge all applicable fees to your designated payment method in accordance with your selected plan and usage.

2. Pricing Changes

OrderSync reserves the right to modify our pricing. OrderSync will provide at least seven (7) days’ notice of any pricing changes. Pricing changes will become effective at the start of your next billing period following such notice and will not apply retroactively to the then-current billing period or to any usage or fees already incurred.

3. Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your subscription at any time by submitting a cancellation request through your account settings or by providing written notice to OrderSync. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active through the end of your then-current billing period. You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods.

All usage-based fees incurred during the active billing period, including after submission of a cancellation request, remain due and payable at the end of that billing period.

4. No Refunds

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, all fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused Services, or periods in which your account remains open but you do not use the Services.
